Ensure that the launch of several already created products goes well. You will be the point of contact between all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cross team collaboration and a top notch communicationManage the launch logistics, timeline and operations, as well as resource allocation, in a professional, experienced mannerMonitor and keep track of KPIs, ensure that they are met to make the launches a successBeyond the product launches for which there is a product team, you will be leading all operations of the growing company, with the opportunity to rise to COO levelWork closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer as well as the Founder to ensure operational excellence and alignment with the strategic, mid- and longterm goals of the company

Proven track record in product management & operations at a Web3 companyStart Up experienceManagerial experience building and leading teamsExceptional organizational skills, with the ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously without missing anythingOutstanding communication skills internally as well as externallyRobust problem-solving skills to navigate the complexities of a Crypto LaunchA deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology
