Passion for Crypto: You live and breathe cryptocurrency. Your enthusiasm for blockchain, DeFi, NFTs and digital assets is contagious and you possess work experience in the fieldTechnical Expertise: You have a deep understanding of blockchain technologies, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles. You've built and scaled complex systemsIdeally you have worked in consulting at some point in your career, e.g. at one of the top strategy / IT consulting companies. The client is looking for a candidate who can adjust quickly to changing needs and peopleStrategic Mindset: You see beyond the present and envision the future.
