Office Management Working Student

As one of QuantCo’s largest data science and software engineering hubs, our Berlin office is looking for a working student to support our People Operations team part-time (10 - 20 hours per week). The minimum duration of the position will be 6 months, which can be extended upon mutual agreement of both parties. While the start date is flexible, we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
What you will do:
Managing procurement/orders Preparing packages for shippingManaging key card system for office accessCoordinating office movesSupporting the organization of eventsMaintaining an employee database and internal Confluence page
What we are looking for:
All degree programs (Bachelor, Master, etc.) in any subject/major/field are welcomeVery good academic standing, i.e. top or strong grades (required)Good organizational and self-management skills (required) German and English language skills (required)Resident of Berlin or BrandenburgGreat communicator, a pragmatic decision-maker, and have a hands-on/can-do work attitudeNo technical skills are required but previous internship or other organizing experience is a plusWhat we offer
You will be part of a smart and motivated team working on challenging problems and finding novel solutions. We offer a generous compensation package, including a pay rate of 28 EUR per hour.
