Für eines unserer namhaften Kundenunternehmen suchen wir ab sofort mehrere Shipping Coordinator (m/w/d) am Standort Hennef.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du koordinierst die Auslieferung von Waren innerhalb Deutschlands, in die EU oder Drittländer
  • Du wickelst nationale und internationale Aufträge ab und koordinierst den Versand
  • Du planst und organisierst Transport- und Logistikdienstleistungen
  • Du koordinierst Lade- und Anliefertermine und stimmst diese, von Lagerstandort über Dienstleister bis hin zum Kunden, mit den entsprechenden Stellen ab
  • Du verantwortest die reibungslose Abwicklung von Transporten inklusive Versand, Zoll- und Exportdokumentation (LKW-, Luft-, und Seefrachten)
  • Die Begriffe Stückgut, LCL, FCL, LTL, FTL und KEP sind für dich praktisch Allgemeinbildung

    Dein Profil

    • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Speditionskaufmann/-frau, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt oder Bachelor
    • In den Bereichen Transportplanung und -disposition kennst du dich bestens aus
    • Backgroundwissen in den Bereichen Incoterms, innergemeinschaftliche Warenverkehre sowie Atlas-Anmeldungen und Kenntnisse in der Akkreditivabwicklung sind wünschenswert
    • Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen in der Versand- und Exportabwicklung sammeln
    • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen sowie SAP WM und SD
    • Dein Auftreten ist angenehm und souverän
    • Dein Englisch ist verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
    • Teamorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich
