Office management in Donauwörth with team responsibility, project performance, budget control and growth ambitions
Development of sales and business concepts for Airbus Helicopters and other customers in Southern Germany and the DACH region
Management and development of a versatile team for efficient project realisation with a focus on mechanical and electrical integration
Conducting contract negotiations, proposal preparation and proactive customer management
Organising the recruitment of specialists, implementing personnel marketing campaigns and individual employee supportRequirements
Ideally a degree in engineering
Practical experience in business administration and/or engineering, in team management and in a production environment
Aviation knowledge, especially in the field of helicopters (an advantage for military programmes)
Expertise with aviation standards such as DO-160, CS-29 and others
Business fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
Flexibility for travelling within Germany
Existing work permit within the EUServices
