Aufgaben:
Proaktive Kundenkommunikation bezüglich AOG-Bestellungen und kontinuierliche Statusupdates
Analyse logistischer und technischer Möglichkeiten für schnelle und effiziente Reaktionen
Untersuchung von Logistiklösungen (Teileverlagerung, Rückkauf, FAL-Kannibalisierung) und alternativen Teilen zur Sicherstellung des Bedarfstermins
Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen durch zeitnahe Updates zur Materialverfügbarkeit und Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Backoffice für aktuelle Informationen und Systembereinigung (SAP & Salesforce) sowie Tools-Weiterentwicklung
Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Besprechungen mit CLMs und Kunden
Erstellung wöchentlicher Reports, insbesondere für strategische Kunden
Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekauffrau / Industriekaufmann mit vielseitiger Weiterbildung (SAP, Excel, Projektcontrolling)
Mehrjährige fachspezifische Erfahrung im genannten Bereich
Vertieftes Anwenderwissen in MS Office und SAP
Versierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
Vorhandene Arbeitserlaubnis für die EU
