Aufgaben:
Effektive Krisenbewältigung zur Minimierung negativer Kundenfolgen und Gewährleistung profitabler Margen gemäß Airbus Helicopters PBH-Verträgen oder Standardverkaufsbedingungen
Fokussierung auf Kundenzufriedenheit durch Überwachung logistischer und finanzieller Leistung sowie Entwicklung entsprechender Aktionspläne
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Support- und Service-Teams sowie der Industrie-Community zur Bereitstellung erstklassigen Kundenservice
Effizienter Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung durch Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Kundenmanagementstandards
Teilnahme am Organisations-Transformationsplan zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung an Marktbedürfnisse
Anforderungen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Supply Chain / Logistics
Alternativ erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung mit Abschluss mindestens als Techniker oder Fachwirt
Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, Supply Chain und Supply Chain / Logistics
Fundiertes Anwenderwissen in MS Excel, SAP sowie SAP-Einkaufs- und / oder Vertriebsmodule von Vorteil
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und versierte Englischkenntnisse
Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
Vorhandene Arbeitserlaubnis für die EU
