Über die Rolle

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n talentierte/n und motivierte/n Werkstudenten_in (m/w/x) zur Unterstützung unserer Abteilungen Global Data Privacy und HR Legal and Labour Relations Europe (EU, Russland, Schweiz, Serbien, Marokko, Nord-Mazedonien und Türkei) für unseren Standort Sailauf oder München. Beide Abteilungen arbeiten eng zusammen und beraten und unterstützen übergreifend bei allen datenschutz- und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen.

 

Data Privacy ist verantwortlich für die Unterrichtung, Überwachung und Beratung der Beschäftigten hinsichtlich ihrer Pflichten im Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten innerhalb unseres Unternehmens.

 

HR Legal & Labour Relations Europe unterstützt und berät bei arbeitsrechtlichen Themen, sowohl in individualarbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten als auch bei der Zusammenarbeit und Verhandlungen mit Betriebsratsgremien und Gewerkschaften.

 

Du erhältst umfassende Einblicke und sammelst Praxiserfahrung in zwei internationalen, motivierten, sympathischen und themenübergreifend agierenden Teams und wirst dabei aktiv sowohl in das operative Tagesgeschäft als auch in Projekte eingebunden.

Deine Aufgaben

Bereich Datenschutz:

  • Administrative Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung des Verzeichnisses der Verarbeitungstätigkeiten von Magna
  • Recherche und Bewertung rechtlicher Aspekte in Bezug auf Datenschutz und Datensicherheit
  • Unterstützung im Rahmen von Schulungen und Trainings

 

Bereich HR Legal & Labour Relations:

  • Recherchen zu Fragestellungen des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrechts
  • Administrative Unterstützung und Koordinierung von internen Veranstaltungen z.B. mit Betriebsräten aus ganz Deutschland
  • Unterstützung im Rahmen von Schulungen und Trainings
Wonach wir suchen
  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechtswissenschaft/Wirtschaftsrecht oder BWL, Informationstechnologie/-sicherheit oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Erste Arbeitserfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
  • Flexibilität, Verlässlichkeit, Selbstorganisationstalent, Lernbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist sowie einer diskreten, strukturierten und genauen Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständiger und verlässlicher Arbeitsstil
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse MS Office-Paket, insb. Word und Power Point
