Internship in the CIO Office: Project Management

This is where the heart of the digital transformation beats - as IT, with more than , employees worldwide, we are making a significant contribution to making Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Mercedes-Benz AG fit for the digital age. The CIO Office manages the entire organization and the strategic direction of IT within the Group. You will support the CIO Office in project management and communication.
Your tasks in the internship:
As a member of the Mercedes-Benz CIO Office, you will make an active contribution to the execution of targeted communication. You will create content that is effective for the target group and actively support internal and external communication activities of the division. In addition, you will support the day-to-day operations of the CIO Office and thus gain exciting insights within the IT top management team, in which you will actively accompany our digital transformation.
Active participation in the development of OKR tracking for the entire IT area (OKR tracking tool) Support in the preparation and follow-up of IT Executive Committee meetings Supporting the planning and coordination of (change) projects, as well as the conception of change management Collaboration in internal and external communication management for the CIO Office and in change management Creating and coordinating content for the various communication formats of the CIO Office Supporting the implementation of internal and external digital and physical events Managing the provision of information on all communication channels (e.g. social intranet, emails, events, etc.) Creating presentations and decision papers, conferences and workshops for top management Organization of events and workshops Cross-functional collaboration with overarching specialist departments and external partners Support in day-to-day operations Qualifikationen Degree in communications or media studies, business administration, economics, marketing or a comparable course of study Excellent written and spoken German and English, copywriting skills are a plus Confident handling of MS Office, basic experience in Adobe Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing programs as well as in modern communication media (social media, moving images) is an advantage Commitment Ability to work in a team Conceptual and creative thinking skills High motivation and flexibility Intercultural understanding, enjoy teamwork and organizational skills Driving license class B desirableAdditional information:
