Role Overview:
As part of the dynamic CIO Office at Mercedes-Benz, you will engage in essential project management activities that contribute to our digital transformation journey. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the strategic direction of IT within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for the IT sector.
  • Support the organization and follow-up of IT Executive Committee meetings.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of change initiatives and manage change effectively.
  • Collaborate on internal and external communication strategies for the CIO Office.
  • Create and manage content for various communication channels related to the CIO Office.
  • Assist in the execution of both digital and physical events.
  • Oversee the dissemination of information across multiple communication platforms.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for senior management meetings.
  • Organize workshops and events to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with various departments and external partners.
  • Support daily operations within the CIO Office.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in communications, media studies, business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English; strong copywriting skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic knowledge of Adobe Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • High motivation, flexibility, and intercultural awareness.
  • Possession of a valid driving license (Class B) is desirable.
