Wir suchen für unser Team weitere Spezialisten und Spezialistinnen für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Vermarktungs-Ad-Stack und Betreuung unserer Publisher. Als breit aufgestelltes Unternehmen gibt die Rheinische Post Mediengruppe zahlreiche gedruckte und digitale Medien heraus. Unsere mehr als 3.000 Mitarbeiter:innen arbeiten täglich daran Menschen über Digital- und Printmedien und im Radio zu informieren. Die RP Digital GmbH ist im Konzern die zentrale Digital-Einheit, welche über die Plattformtechnologie hinaus die Vermarktungstechnologien und die programmatische Vermarktung, sowohl für die eigenen Portale, als auch weiteren Kooperationsverlagen, zur Verfügung stellt. Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte als Ad Technology Manager/Webdeveloper (m/w/d) Sie sind Teil unseres Ad Technology- Teams und nutzen Ihre Entwicklerfähigkeiten bei der Entwicklung, Implementation und Betreuung von Ad- und Marketing Technologien bzw. Webentwicklung. Dabei arbeiten Sie mit Technologien wie Adserver, Tag- und Consent Manager, Headerbidding (Prebid) und Redaktionssystemen und achten auf ein reibungsloses Zusammenspiel dieser Tools. Sie entwickeln Anwendungen oder Skripte, die zur Automatisierung und Steuerung von Marketing-Tools beitragen und betreiben das Bugfixing bzw. die Maintenance. Projekte werden von Ihnen gesteuert und Sie sichern die Qualität durch das Monitoring der Projektfortschritte. Mit den internen Teams aus Ad Management, Front- und Backend-Entwicklern, sowie externen Publishern und Tech-Anbietern sind Sie im engen Austausch. Marktbeobachtung und Weiterbildung sind ein integraler Bestandteil: Sie testen, implementieren und prüfen neue Lösungen oder Schnittstellen. Ihre Qualifikationen Sie bringen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudiums in den Bereichen Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit technischem Bezug mit. Idealerweise sind Sie bereits mit der Arbeit mit Ad Tech Systemen wie Ad-Server (Google Ad Manager), SSP (Supply Side Plattform), Headerbidding, etc. vertraut. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Webentwicklung. Fundierte Kenntnisse und Entwicklungserfahrung in Javascript (speziell ES6) /HTML / CSS / Git. Kenntnisse in Redaktionssystemen (CMS-Tech) wie InterRed, Build-Prozessen, speziell Gulp / Webpack sind von Vorteil. Sie haben die Fähigkeit, in einem schnell wachsenden und sich verändernden Umfeld kompetent und sicher zu agieren und die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen. Eine hohe Leistungs- und Lernbereitschaft sowie Flexibilität und Spaß an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Ideen sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
