Overview
Als Client Services Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich fr die Erbringung hervorragender Dienstleistungen fr die Ihnen zugewiesenen Kunden. Ihre Rolle beinhaltet den Aufbau starker und bedeutungsvoller Beziehungen zu unseren wichtigsten Kundenkontakten. Ihre Aufgaben erstrecken sich von Treffen mit Ihren Kunden zur berprfung der Dienstleistungen bis hin zur Erarbeitung neuer Mglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Dienstleistungen, die wir unseren Kunden bieten.
Your Responsibilities

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Ihnen anvertrauten Grokunden sowohl im Tagesgeschft als auch bei der gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit
bernahme der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden bei Strungen in Kooperation mit dem internen IT-Incident Team
Begleitung von Kundenprojekten bis zur Umsetzung
Fhren von kundenindividuellen Logs (Action und Issue Log) sowie Vorbereitung und Durchfhrung von regelmigen Terminen (virtuell und vor Ort) mit Ihren Kunden
Steigerung der Weiterempfehlungsbereitschaft Ihrer Kunden durch die Bereitstellung auergewhnlicher Dienstleistungen und Strategien
Kontrolle und Verbesserung der Prozesse zur Vermeidung von Strungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
Teilnahme an der rotierenden Rufbereitschaft

Your Profile

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder abgeschlossenes Studium
Erfahrung im Bank-/Finanzwesen von Vorteil
Ausgeprgte Fhigkeiten zur Entwicklung von Beziehungen
Ausgeprgte Problemlsungskompetenz und Verhandlungsgeschick
Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeit, inkl. sehr gutem Ausdrucks- und Darstellungsvermgen in Wort und Schrift
Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
Fundierte Englischkenntnisse
Erste Fhrungserfahrung von Vorteil
