We are looking for a Claims graduate to join our Allianz Commercial Graduate Program, based in Munich.

Your Team:

At Allianz Commercial, we are committed to delivering a superior claims experience to our customers: before, during and after a loss. Our team supports this by eliminating broken processes and establishing globally consistent claims processes. We drive global initiatives, play a leadership role in operational transformation and support regional claims handing, processes and performance. We, in Claims, foster an open and trustful collaboration model with flat hierarchies.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Support IT-Business transformation, championing an agile way of working
• Advocate for strong end-to-end Claims processes
• Engage with Claims teams and relevant stakeholders to improve processes and drive change management
• Analyse received information/ data and propose solutions (Business Analysis)
• Assist the team with documentation creation and meeting preparation
• Learn how to run projects in a structured way (Project Management)
• Gain experience working in a globally diverse team

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Completion of a bachelor's university degree by October 2024
• Adaptability and Flexibility- Able to adapt and work effectively in different situations and remain calm under pressure
• Communication- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork- Have a pro-active and positive attitude to teamwork, able to assist others and also take on your responsibilities
• Learning Mindset/ Ambition- A curious and creative mindset, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to own and drive your personal development
• Analytical Thinking- Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze, study, or examine data in detail, draw appropriate conclusions, and present solutions to others
• Good computer skills, including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluent English language skills

Further Information:

• Duration: This is a permanent opportunity. After extensive training during the first 12 months of our Graduate Programme, you will continue to work within the team and benefit from the lifelong learning opportunities that Allianz Commercial offers.
• Working Hours: Full-time.
• Starting Date: September 2024.
