As a Growth Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth trajectory by working closely with data insights, promotions, CRM and customer segmentation for our Brands: Gorillas and Getir. You will be actively involved in various activities aimed at supporting and enhancing our business performance. You will get exposure to many areas by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Commercial as well as Data teams.
What Youll Be Doing
Assist in using data-driven insights to understand customer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape Support in generating reports, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing performance metrics to identify potential areas for growth Participate in monitoring and improving conversion rates and Customer Experience metrics across the customer journey. Contribute to the development and maintenance of accurate forecasts for key performance indicators, including revenue, customer acquisition, and conversion rates Support in managing and optimizing delivery & service fee structures to ensure alignment with customer expectations, competitive positioning, and profitability targets Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundles, and loyalty programs, to enhance customer engagement and revenue Participate in tailoring marketing and growth strategies Collaborate with different teams to implement improvements, including Marketing, Operations, and CommercialWhat Youll Bring
Bachelor's degree from a top tier University and/or very good grades Very good knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs & Slides is necessary A 'can-do entrepreneurial attitude' and not afraid to get your hands dirty Willing to go the extra mile to make Getir/Gorillas a success Fast learner who loves executing Optimizing processes is your superpower Very good communication skills and a high attention to detail High Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a mustYou as a Getirian
