Bei FORMEL SKIN stehen wir an der Spitze der Revolutionierung der Dermatologie und der Neugestaltung des Gesundheitswesens. Unsere Mission ist es, eine globale Online-Dermatologie-Klinik zu etablieren, die hochwirksame dermatologische Behandlungen für alle leicht zugänglich macht. Wir haben bedeutende Fortschritte gemacht und konnten einige der bekanntesten Gesundheits- und Consumer Tech Investoren Europas gewinnen. Insbesondere im Dezember 2021 haben wir einen wichtigen Meilenstein erreicht, indem wir 30 Millionen Euro in der größten Health-Tech-Serie-A-Runde Deutschlands aufgebracht haben.
Bis heute haben wir unseren Patienten erfolgreich fast eine Million Behandlungen angeboten. Unser dynamisches Team ist leidenschaftlich, ehrgeizig und verfügt über einen reichen Erfahrungsschatz aus erfolgreichen Gesundheits- und Consumer-Tech-Unternehmen. Mit Sitz in Berlin, einer für ihre Lebendigkeit bekannten Stadt, sind wir entschlossen, unsere Reichweite und unseren Einfluss zu vergrößern, und bieten Dir die Möglichkeit, Teil unserer aufregenden Reise zu werden. Wir suchen eine:n Growth Marketing Intern (m/f/d), die:der eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Mission bei FORMEL SKIN spielen wird.
- Growth Execution: Implementierung von Out-of-the-Box-Initiativen zur Förderung eines schnellen Patientenwachstums über verschiedene Online- und Offline-Kanäle.
- Be a Data Wizard: Analyse von Daten, um verwertbare Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen, Kampagnen zu optimieren und die Konversionsraten unaufhörlich zu verbessern.
- Partnerschaften aufbauen: Identifizierung, Aufbau und Verwaltung von Marketingpartnerschaften, die unsere Reichweite erhöhen und das Wachstum beschleunigen.
- Experimentelle Denkweise: Pragmatische Konzeption und Durchführung von Akquisitionstests, kontinuierliche Suche nach neuen Wegen zum Wachstum.
- Analytischer Verstand: Du bist sehr datenorientiert und setzt Metriken in greifbare Wachstumsstrategien um.
- Kreativer Funke: Du sprühst vor unkonventionellen Ideen und hast ein Händchen dafür, nicht offensichtliche Kanäle und Blickwinkel entlang der Customer Journey vor dem Kauf zu finden.
- Unerbittlicher Antrieb: Du bist ergebnisorientiert, mit einer leidenschaftlichen, experimentellen Herangehensweise.
- Exzellenter Kommunikator: Du bist ein Teamplayer und kannst Strategien und Ergebnisse klar artikulieren, um die Zustimmung von funktionsübergreifenden Teams und dem Management zu gewinnen.
- Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache: Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch, um effektiv mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren.
- Sei Teil der Revolution im Gesundheitswesen und gestalte den Zugang der Patienten zur Behandlung neu

Mit FORMEL SKIN bauen wir Deutschlands führende dermatologische Plattform auf, um Patienten mit allen Hautproblemen einen sofortigen Zugang zu personalisierten medizinischen Behandlungen zu ermöglichen. Unser Team aus erfahrenen Ärzt:innen, Apotheker:innen und Innovator:innen arbeitet hart daran, Patient:innen auf ihrer Hautgesundheitsjourney zu behandeln, zu beraten und zu unterstützen.
