**Dein Arbeitsbereich**
Der Schwerpunkt der Rolle liegt auf der Führung der People Leads innerhalb unserer Produktorganisation sowie die Sicherstellung einer effektiven und effizienten Aufbau
- und Ablauforganisation in diesem Bereich. Zusätzlich verantwortet die Rolle die adäquate strategische und methodische Ausrichtung der zugehörigen Abteilungen.
Als Head of People Leads trägst Du die direkte disziplinarische Verantwortung für derzeit 9 People Leads und deren Abteilungen. Somit verantwortest Du insgesamt über 200 Personen in 9 Teams, welche überwiegend in aktuell 17 Produktteams im Rahmen einer agilen Matrixorganisation entsandt sind.
Der/die zukünftige Stelleninhaber:in wird direkt an den Chief Production Officer berichten.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Führung und Befähigung der People Leads und deren Weiterentwicklung in ihren Rollen und Fähigkeiten ihrer Bereiche entlang der gematik Strategie sowie Verantwortung für die strategische Personalplanung der Produktorganisation.
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Zusammensetzung von Menschen und Fähigkeiten in der Organisation im kontinuierlichen Abgleich mit den Produktteams und der fachlichen Führungsstruktur (POs, Programmanager, Agile Coaches, RTEs).
- Schaffung und Sicherstellung von methodischer Klarheit für die Organisation in den unterschiedlichen Disziplinen (z.B. Produktmanagement, Architektur, Softwareentwicklung, Test).
- Ausrichtung der Organisation auf Kundenorientierung, Effizienz und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Agieren sowie Etablierung eines passenden Controllings.
- Holistische Begleitung und Unterstützung des Aufbaus einer Organisation, die von Enthusiasmus, Disziplin und Fokus geprägt ist.
- Stakeholdermanagement (Chief Production Officer, People Lead, Portofolioteam, Programmmanager und RTEs, People & Workplace)

**Dein Profil**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Personal
- und Teamführung idealerweise in den Bereichen Digital Health, Software Development, IT-Beratung, Digitalisierung/Transformation des Gesundheitswesens.
- Umfassende Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Personalführungs
- und Entwicklungsmethoden sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban. Nutzung von Tools wie JIRA und Confluence und Kenntnisse der SAFe‐Methodologie (Scaled Agiled Framework).
- Leistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischer Denkweise sowie starken kommunikativen und diplomatischen Fähigkeiten im Rahmen eines Stakeholdermanagements einer komplexen Matrixstruktur.
- Menschenzentrietes Mindset mit hoher Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Strategisches, pragmatisches und konzeptionelles Denken und Handeln.
- Fließende Deutsch‐ und gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.
