Project Manager

- You will lead complex, local and international programs and projects in one of our product lines:
- Rigid Endoscopes, Exoscopes & Holding Arms
- Sterile Single Use Scopes
- In addition, you will be responsible for meeting the project objectives developed with the clients in terms of time, budget and quality
- You coordinate tasks for the further development and optimization of our medical devices and processes while implementing and complying with the normative regulations for the development process (ISO 13485, ISO 62304, ISO 14971, IEC 60601, MDR)
- You identify project risks and implement corrective measures in case of deviations in the project process
- You work closely with project members from development, product management, production, regulatory affairs and other disciplines and manage reporting
- You are in close contact with external development partners and regulatory authorities and take over active regulatory communication with all project participants and stakeholders
- You make decisions within the framework of the project specifications
- Successfully completed studies in engineering or a similar field of study
- At least 5 years of experience in the management of interdisciplinary development projects desirable
- Experience in medical technology and regulation an advantage
- Familiarity with (agile) project management methods
- Excellent communication and management skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Independent, systematic working style and motivational skills
- Intercultural competence
- Very good English and German language skills
