Your Mission
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring equipment readiness, availability, and maintenance
- Coordinate studio scheduling, resource allocation, and technical support for production teams
- Oversee the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound systems, and editing software
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to production teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in videography, audio recording, and post-production
- Conduct quality checks on the final deliverables to ensure they meet the organization's standards
- Manage and mentor a team of multimedia professionals, including videographers, audio engineers, editors, and production assistants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as instructional designers and learning technologists, to align multimedia production with learning objectives
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services, while adhering to budgetary constraints and contractual agreements

Your Talents
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia production, film studies, communication, or a related field
- Proven experience in studio production, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills
