About Our Client

Für unseren Mandanten aus der Sport- Wellness- /Eventbranche suchen wir einen Head of Sales and Operations (m/w/d) mit Standort in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Köln, München oder Berlin. In dieser Rolle werden Sie Teil der Geschäftsführung und des Management Boards sein und das innovative Konzept unter anderem durch Expansionsmöglichkeiten vorantreiben. Wir suchen eine kreative und entscheidungsfreudige Persönlichkeit, welche an einer langfristigen Partnerschaft interessiert ist, um gemeinsam zu wachsen und Erfolge zu erzielen.

Job Description

Kontinuierliche und nachhaltige Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Geschäftsstrategien zur weiteren Steigerung des Umsatzwachstums und zur Maximierung der RentabilitätInitiierung und Umsetzung von ExpansionsplänenPositionierung der Marke an den jeweiligen Standorten im lokalen KontextFachliche und disziplinarische Personalverantwortung von bis zu 50 Mitarbeitenden an unterschiedlichen StandortenOperative Führung und Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Management und der Mitarbeitenden an den verschiedenen Standorten

The Successful Applicant

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder gesundheitsökonomischen BereichErfahrung in leitenden Positionen im Bereich Betriebsführung, vorzugsweise in der Sport- Wellness oder Eventbranche oder einem verwandten SektorSehr starker Service-Gedanke und große Leidenschaft für integrierte, durchdachte ServicekonzepteStrategische Management-Skills & unternehmerisches DenkenFundierte Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams insbesondere in der Schaffung einer motivierenden ArbeitskulturAusgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren und zu kommunizierenBereitschaft, neue Ideen einzubringen und innovative Lösungen voranzutreibenHohe Reisebereitschaft
