With creative promotions & strategic sponsorships we achieve successful marketing results and create new hypes and trends on Youtube, Instagram, Twitch, & TikTok.

Now we are aiming to become the number one agency in this industry and therefore we are looking for motivated team members that have passion for social media & gaming.

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for a smooth and profitable operation of the enterprise, and it is required to be in the office in Dusseldorf at least once or twice a week, so your home should be within a radius of 50 kms of Dusseldorf.

Tasks

As an operations manager, you'll need to:

  • Managing and defining budgets
  • checking calculations and commercial contracts
  • Recruiting, interviewing and hiring senior staff
  • Analysing productivity data and optimising staffing and allocating resources
  • Using historical records to forecast future business patterns
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of their industry including challenges and opportunities in the sector
  • Working closely with other heads of departments like finance, HR, sales to improve efficiency
  • Creating and delivering regular presentations and reports to the teams
  • Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity and profitability and bringing them to a speedy conversion
  • responsible for creating policies to help achieve strategic goals and coordinate business operations to fulfil customer or client expectations.
  • All these tasks have to be handled in both German and English language
Requirements

These are the skills and qualifications that you bring with you:

  • significant experience in a similar role with at least four to five years in a senior or management position with leadership responsibilities in the agency environment
  • Auditing and monitoring outputs and data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate and retain staff
  • Commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the competitive environment
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Project management skills and knowledge of methodologies
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively and delegate when appropriate
  • Knowledge of industry laws and tax regulations
