Job descriptionTasks

Monitoring of incoming orders in the SAP system of Airbus Aerostructures GmbHDaily control of new incoming orders and errors when entering customer orders as sales orders in the SAP system to ensure data integrityClarifying the causes of errors in the automatic processing of orders and checking relevant (master) data for error-free creation of customer ordersCreation of KPIs and reports to monitor automatic incoming orders for effective performance analysisWriting training documents and training employees to process sales master dataCreating concepts to improve order entry processes and supporting the implementation, including IT modifications and change managementRequirementsCompleted studies in engineering or business administrationExperience as an SAP key user and/or in SAP data management, preferably in the SAP SD module (Sales and Distribution)Detailed knowledge of MS Office and specialized knowledge of SAPBusiness fluent in German and EnglishExisting work permit for the European UnionServicesOptimum work-life balance – balance through flexible working time models Earnings with attractive additional benefits – fair payment according to the Equal Pay model as well as annual special payments and bonuses and allowances above the standard pay scale Relaxation with a generous holiday offer – 30 days vacation and extra days off for special occasions Global further training opportunities – development of career prospects with international, Group-wide further training and development opportunities Social security – company pension scheme with generous employer contribution First-class catering – with on-site facilities such as a canteen and cafeteria Flexible mobility – employee car park and travel allowance
