Der WWF betreut mit der Panda Fördergesellschaft für Umwelt mbH nationale und internationale Unternehmenskooperationen zur Unterstützung seiner Naturschutzarbeit, berät strategische Partner in grüner Transformation und vergibt Lizenzen für die Nutzung des Panda-Logos.

Zur Leitung unseres Vertriebsteams "Corporate Partnerships" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unsere Standorte in Frankfurt/Main oder Hamburg, in Vollzeit mit 40 Wochenstunden eine:n vertriebsstarke:n


Head of Corporate Partnerships (gn). Aufgaben

Dein Ziel ist die Leitung eines Vertriebsteams zum Aufbau neuer langfristiger Kooperationsbeziehungen zu deutschen Unternehmen, um im Rahmen kommunikativer Zusammenarbeit deren Umweltengagement deutlich zu erhöhen und Finanzmittel für die Arbeit des WWF zu generierenDafür akquirieren Du und Dein Team Unternehmenspartner vor allem für die Themen Kommunikation, Sponsoring, Spende und UnternehmensberatungIhr bewertet und verhandelt Lizenzpartnerschaften zur Verwendung des bekannten WWF-Logos mit internen und externen StakeholdernIhr entwickelt neue Konzepte und innovative Mechanismen zur Akquise von strategischen kommunikativen UnternehmenspartnerschaftenIhr arbeitet vernetzt mit den nationalen Kolleg:innen des WWF Deutschland und internationalen Kolleg:innen des WWF NetzwerksAnforderungen
Das bringst du mitmindestens dreijährige Führungserfahrung in flachen Hierarchien bei hoher individueller Autonomie im Teamein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Kommunikationswissenschaft o.ä.eine kommunikative und leidenschaftliche Vertriebspersönlichkeit, die sich durch Durchsetzungsvermögen, Ergebnisorientierung und Teamfähigkeit auszeichnetmindestens acht Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Vermarktung von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten mit nachweisbaren Verkaufserfolgen und starkes Interesse an Nachhaltigkeitsthemenein kompetentes, verhandlungssicheres und akkurates Auftreten sowie sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit Microsoft PowerPointeine pragmatische und vor allem lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweisesehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schriftidealerweise Erfahrungen in oder mit Non-Profit-Organisation/en, Werbe- oder Marketingagentur/enBenefits
