Der Supervisor Account Based Quality hat die Verantwortung, gemäß allgemeiner Qualitätsspezifikationen und -vorschriften zu arbeiten, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Kundenbeziehung aufzubauen. Er fungiert als Vermittler und Experte für Qualität für unsere Kunden und deren Anforderungen intern und extern, wie z. B. Scorecard, PPAP Scorecard und Elements. Verbesserungsaktivitäten und deren Veröffentlichungen, um unsere Markteinführungszeit sicherzustellen und Marktanteile und Wachstum für TE zu gewinnen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie führen Sie ein Account-basiertes Qualitätsteam im Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie erstellen und kommunizieren regelmäßig Qualitätsberichte (Kunden-Scorecard, PPAP-Status/Scorecard, Verbesserungspläne)
- Sie bieten außergewöhnlichen Kundenservice und Kommunikation und zeigen Reaktionsfähigkeit als Marktführer im Bereich Konnektivität
- Sie fördern die Kommunikation mit Kunden über qualitätsbezogene Themen
- Sie coachen, entwickeln und schulen Teammitglieder, motivieren sie, engagieren sich und arbeiten zusammen, um die Ziele und Vorgaben zu erreichen
- Sie übernehmen die Führung und treiben die Kundeneskalation voran (Task Force Owner)
- Sie sind der Vermittler zwischen Kunden- und TE-Funktionseinheiten bei allen Arten von Qualitätsproblemen.
- Sie besprechen die Qualitätsziele mit dem Kunden zur gemeinsamen Verständigung und Umsetzung mit den jeweiligen Standorten und Organisationen intern/extern
- Sie leiten und treiben Verbesserungsaktivitäten mit TE-Produktionsanlagen im Hinblick auf die Kundenerwartungen voran
- Sie leiten Verbesserungsaktivitäten mit dem Kunden (PPAP, PCN-Prozess, Beschwerdeprozess)
- Hochschulabschluss als Ingenieur / Diplom-Ingenieur / MBA oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens. 3 – 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche
- Sehr guter Hintergrund im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
- Kenntnisse in Statistik und grundlegenden Qualitätsinstrumenten (APQP, MSA, Capability Studies, VDA, AIAG, FMEA)
- Kenntnisse mit PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Vermittlerkompetenz
- Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen zu treffen und diese vor dem Kunde zu vertreten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
- ASPICE-Wissen – Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft von mindestens 50 % innerhalb der EMEA-Region
