    Unser Mandant ist eine etablierte, internationale Corporate & Institutional Bank mit Produkten auf der Lending- als auch Finanzmarktseite (Kreditgeschäft & Wertpapiere). Im Rahmen des weiteren Auf- und Ausbaus des Frankfurter Standorts suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Director Compliance - Germany (m/w/d).

    In dieser verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselrolle verantworten Sie als „Head of Compliance" die Compliance Funktion in Frankfurt als Expert:In (stand-alone Rolle ohne Teamführung), beraten die Geschäftsleitung & Fachbereiche, strukturieren Prozesse, entwickeln Policies & Frameworks weiter und sind erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die Behörden in allen Compliance relevanten Fragestellungen.

  • Verantwortung für alle Themen rund um Compliance (MaRisk, MaComp) sowie Markets / WpHG Compliance als Compliance-Beauftragter
Verantwortung für das Compliance Framework der Bank, sowie der Überwachung der Compliance Risiken und eventueller Verstöße, und entsprechender Eskalation an den Vorstand & andere StakeholderWeiterentwicklung des Compliance Risk Appetite StatementsLaufende Überwachung regulatorischer Änderungen (z.B. MaRisk, WpHG, MiFID II, MAR, MaComp) sowie deren Auswirkungen auf die Bank, das Geschäft und die verschiedenen FachbereicheImplementierung von Systemen, Kontrollen, Richtlinien & Verfahren zur Einhaltung der geltenden regulatorischen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen, sowie interner RichtlinienBeratung und Guidance der Business-Kollegen & Beratung der First Line of Defense: Business-aligned ComplianceMitwirkung bei übergreifenden Themen wie New-Product-Process (NPP), Outsourcing und anderen ProjektenStellvertretung des Geldwäschebeauftragten bei Financial Crime ThemenErstellung von regelmäßigen Reports, Jahresberichten und Management Informationen zu Compliance FragestellungenErster Ansprechpartner für BaFin, Bundesbank, Prüfer etc. in allen Compliance-relevanten FragestellungenDurchführung von Compliance Schulungen für Mitarbeiter und Management

The Successful Applicant

Abgeschlossenes, relevantes Studium in Rechtswissenschaften, BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnliches; alternativ eine Bankausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Compliance-Bereichca. 10+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Compliance Bereich (WpHG, MaRisk) einer Geschäftsbank; ergänzend gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Geldwäsche und Anti-Financial Crime ComplianceFundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen nach KWG, MaRisk, MaComp, MAR, MiFID II, sowie gute Kenntnisse nach GwG, etc.Gute Produktkenntnisse im Corporate & Institutional Lending sowie Financial Markets Business vom VorteilSelbstständige Arbeitsweise, „Hands-On-Mentalität", Spaß daran Dinge zu gestalten und voranzutreibenGeschäftssinn, Lösungsorientierung, PragmatismusTeamplayer, der gerne über den Tellerrand hinaus schautVertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern - z.B.
