As we continue to grow dynamically, we´re seeking a Transaction Manager (m/f/d) to become an integral part of our Corporate Finance department in Munich or/and Freiburg.What You Will Do
  • You are responsible for the execution of sales of global wind and solar projects
  • You take care of cash flow modelling and financial engineering for turn-key and ready-to-build wind and solar projects
  • You are structuring international renewable energy investments regarding commercial, contractual and tax aspects
  • You are maintaining relationships and exchange on a regular basis with existing international investors in the field of renewable investments including the structured search and approach of new investors
  • You are responsible for the preparation and execution of national and international M&A transactions (buy-and-sell-side) of the BayWa r.e. Group
  • You prepare company analyses and valuations using various valuation methods as well as corresponding financial models
  • You write transaction documentation, such as information memoranda and decision documents
  • You take care of the tendering and monitoring of due diligence reviews (financial, technical, legal)
  • You present the results at top management level
  • You are responsible for the execution of post-deal reviews and support in post-merger integration 
  • You manage the structuring of international investments with regard to commercial, contractual and tax issues
  • You take care of maintaining and building relationships with international investors in the renewable energy sector
What You Bring
  • Academic degree in the field of economics or natural sciences with finance-related aspects
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in the field of corporate transactions at a project developer, an investment bank, an auditing firm or management consulting firm
  • Market knowledge in the energy industry is desirable
  • Business fluent in English, ideally deepened by stays abroad, and optionally German language skills
  • Experience in project management and company valuations
  • Experience in contract negotiations
