About the team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. We're looking for a TikTok Content Quality & Safety Manager to join our expanding TikTok DACH LIVE team in Berlin. You'll be the go-to-person for everything happening in our app in terms of content quality and safety. You'll support the operations team, ensure ongoing content quality and safety education, drive structural improvements and push content discovery and diversification efforts. This role will report directly to the Country Manager. Responsibilities- Support the operations team with moderation- and content-related day2day issues, . ensure proper implementation of our content quality & safety guidelines; help address false positives, execute data analyses on moderation-related topics to drive actionable insights; be incident & response POC etc- Ensure ongoing content quality and safety education for staff, creators & agencies on moderation topics, . stay up-to-date on current quality & safety guidelines; create training materials; host webinars/workshops for creator managers, creators, agencies and other stakeholders etc- Drive structural improvements to moderation processes, structures and policies, . identify structural issues; build the case for change and achieve buy-in; project manage and work with cross-functional teams to achieve improvements like SOPs, programs, setup change etc- Push content discovery and diversification efforts, . keeping the DACH team up-to-date on content trends, produce regular content reports on new developments as well as risks, devise action plans to drive content diversification etc.Minimum requirements:- Bachelor's degree or above- Minimally 2+ years experience or more related to content quality & safety and/or moderation- Hands-on mentality and willingness and proven ability to get things done- Strong project management and organisational skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders- Ability to analyze Data and deduce actionable insights- Team-player mentality with good communication skills- Proficiency in German and English to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders Preferred qualifications:- Experience in a livestreaming, video-sharing, social media, or gaming context preferred
