We are seeking a Content Quality & Safety Manager to be part of our growing TikTok DACH LIVE team.
You will serve as the primary contact for all matters related to content quality and safety within our application.Your role will involve supporting the operations team, ensuring ongoing education regarding content quality and safety, driving structural enhancements, and promoting content discovery and diversification efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the operations team with daily moderation and content-related issues.
Ensure the effective application of our content quality & safety guidelines; address false positives, conduct data analyses on moderation-related topics to generate actionable insights, and act as the point of contact for incident response.
- Provide continuous education on content quality and safety for staff, creators, and agencies regarding moderation topics.
Stay informed about current quality & safety guidelines; develop training materials; facilitate webinars and workshops for creator managers, creators, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Drive enhancements to moderation processes, structures, and policies.
Identify structural challenges; advocate for necessary changes and secure stakeholder buy-in; manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements such as standard operating procedures and program adjustments.
- Promote content discovery and diversification initiatives.
Keep the DACH team informed about content trends, generate regular reports on new developments and potential risks, and formulate action plans to encourage content diversification.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 2 years of experience in content quality & safety and/or moderation
- Proactive approach with a proven track record of execution
- Strong project management and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills
- Fluency in German and English for communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in livestreaming, video-sharing, social media, or gaming industries is preferred
