About the Role:

Treatwell is seeking a creative and experienced professional to join our team as a TikTok Content Creator. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a creative TikTok strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and edit engaging and informative TikTok videos that showcase Treatwell's values and services.
  • Engage with the TikTok community through comments and respond to user-generated content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok content into broader campaigns.
  • Identify and partner with relevant TikTok influencers and creators to amplify our reach.
  • Analyze TikTok content performance and continuously optimize the strategy based on data and trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and adjust content accordingly to maximize relevance.

Requirements:

  • You have a passion for social media and a deep understanding of the TikTok platform.
  • You bring creativity and the ability to create engaging and entertaining content.
  • You have experience in video production and editing.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and an authentic, charismatic personality.
  • You are fluent in German.
  • You can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ideal experience working with influencers and having collaborated with them in the past.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • We provide a hybrid work model, allowing you to choose your office days (3 days office/ 2 days home office).
  • You have 15-20 hours per week dedicated to this role.
  • Salary: €1,500 gross per month, plus a benefit: €500 for beauty treatments booked on Treatwell.com.
  • We offer flexible working hours (core working hours 10:00-16:00).
  • We provide 28 days of annual leave per year (28 days for a full-time position of 5 days per week).
  • We give you a monthly Treatwell voucher of €40. Treat yourself well
  • We provide the necessary equipment: Apple MacBook Air, Apple iPhone, headset, external monitor, and more.
  • We offer an intensive and high-quality onboarding process, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your new role.
