We are looking for a Sales Planning & Reporting Analyst (m/f/d), temporary for 12 months, based in Munich or London.

Your Team
Our team is committed to deliver a globally consistent sales excellence approach with reliable data as basis for proactive and informed sales steering while also ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.

The Impact You Will Have
In the department of Global Distribution, you will be part of the Sales Performance and Governance team where you will support data analyses to inform strategy, assist in managing a wide range of global topics and offer support on a case-by-case basis in the Global Distribution structure. You will be a key contributor in the establishment of the Multinational sales reporting process in Allianz Commercial.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

  • Support the end-to-end Sales Reporting Process for including the preparation of the relevant Board Presentation sections and Speaker Notes with a specific focus on Multinational.
  • Assist with the monthly analysis of the Global Sales figures and proactively discuss main messages with regional distribution teams together with other stakeholders, particularly the global Multinational team
  • Contribute to the preparation of briefing discussion with managers and department heads, proactively participate in Board Member briefing preparation with key stakeholders
  • Maintain global and regional specific reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com to monitor data quality KPIs and provide regular feedback to R&M and Multinational management teams
  • Proactively participate in the definition and milestone setting phase for the Sales Planning process with the Regions and Global Distribution stakeholders

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Professional experience in the insurance industry
  • Proven practical Experience in a similar analytical role (sales environment, controlling roles or similar)
  • Experience in Salesforce.com, Foundry or other relevant CRM databases
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation with different cultural background and expertise in the company
  • Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally
  • Ability to persuade and motivate others to act, without executive authority
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
