Deine Mission
Als unser Head of Cloud Engineering bist Du Teil des Cloud Engineering Teams, das das Rückgrat für den Betrieb und die Entwicklung der Fundraisingbox ist. Du gewährleistest mit Deinem Team, dass unsere Cloud-Infrastruktur eine robuste Grundlage für die wertvolle Arbeit unserer Non-Profits bildet.Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben bei uns
Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Fachinformatik Systemintegration oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einer relevanten Fachrichtung (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, o.ä.).Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung, Architektur und Betrieb von verteilten Softwaresystemen in der Cloud-Umgebungen (z.B. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).Nachgewiesenes Talent, Teams zu begeistern, zu motivieren, effektiv zu leiten und zu skalieren.Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Monitoring (z.B. Elastic, New Relic, Datadog), Container-Orchestrierung (u.a. Kubernetes) und Infrastructure as Code (z.B. Terraform, Ansible).Ein DevOps Mindset.Fundierte Kenntnisse im Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD und agilen Methoden.Ausgeprägtes Wissen über Security im Cloud-Kontext (Netzwerk- und Infrastruktursicherheit, Endpunktsicherheit, Datenschutz und Verschlüsselung).Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten.Die Fähigkeit, zielgerichtet zu priorisieren.Ein Gespür für die richtige Balance zwischen Pragmatismus und Perfektionismus.Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1).Benefits
