Dein Impact:

Als (Senior) Consultant AI & Internal Audit (m/w/d) analysierst du das Risikoumfeld und das interne Kontrollsystem der administrativen und operativen Prozesse, behältst dabei immer die eingesetzten IT-Systeme im Blick und trägst so zu einem effektiven Risikomanagement bei.

  • Analyse: Mit kritischem Blick bewertest und analysierst du Geschäftsprozesse zur Identifikation von Anwendungsmöglichkeiten für künstliche Intelligenz (KI).
  • Konzeption: Du konzipierst Datenanalysen zur Identifizierung von Finanzberichtsunregelmäßigkeiten und legst damit den Grundstein für die Verbesserung der Datenqualität für KI-gestützte Analysen.
  • Gestaltungsräume: Zusammen mit deinem Team entwickelst du Methoden und Best-Practices zur Überwachung von KI-Systemen einschließlich der Festlegung von Standards zur Performance-Überwachung und Anpassung von Algorithmen.
  • Ethikbasierte KI-Governance: Entwickle Richtlinien zum sicheren Einsatz von KI, baue Fachwissen zu ethischen Aspekten im Umgang mit KI auf und arbeite eng mit IT- und Datenwissenschaftsteams zusammen um maßgeschneiderte KI-Lösungen zu konzipieren.
  • Projektmanagement: Die Koordination zwischen Stakeholdern, technischen Teams und externen Partnern, einschließlich Dokumentation und Reporting der Projektergebnisse, Bewertung neuer KI-Technologien und Trainings gehören zu deinen Aufgaben.

Dein Skillset:

  • Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Fachkenntnisse in KI, einschließlich Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning und anderen KI-Technologien
  • Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse, vorzugsweise R, Python, SQL oder anderen Datenanalyse-Tools
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und Stakeholdern
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
