Are You the Right Fit?
We are seeking a (Senior) Consultant to enhance our expanding Data & AI Consulting Practice. The primary goal of this practice is to collaborate with our data scientists and engineers, providing clients with a comprehensive data and AI consulting service that spans from technical operations to strategic concepts. You will have the chance to engage in cutting-edge data, AI, and analytics projects, overseeing the entire process from business development and pre-sales to project execution and client relationship management. As a vital team member, you will play a key role in scaling our Data & AI consulting practice.
Your Responsibilities
Your role will evolve based on the challenges faced by our clients and internally. Generally, you will:
- Engage with clients to identify their data-related challenges and the corresponding technical and business inquiries they need to address.
- Advise clients on their journey to becoming data-driven organizations, including assessing their data and machine learning maturity, pinpointing data-driven use cases, crafting an impactful implementation roadmap, guiding data and model governance, developing target operating models for analytics organizations, and benchmarking various analytics tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with our data scientists, engineers, and IT architects to implement effective data-driven solutions and machine learning applications.
- Work closely with the head of our Data & AI Consulting practice as part of a small, high-performing team to co-develop growth strategies and concepts for new consulting offerings.
- Contribute to business development by preparing for and participating in industry conferences, workshops, and client sales meetings.
- Assist in creating white papers and establishing thought leadership in data science and AI-related subjects.
Qualifications
You Should Have:
Essential:
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Between 1-6 years of experience in a reputable management consultancy at the intersection of business and technology.
- Experience in both technical and strategic client projects related to data, AI, and analytics.
- A proven ability to quickly identify and prioritize business challenges, providing innovative and relevant solutions during client projects or business development activities.
- Possession of an EU passport or a valid EU/EFTA work permit.
Desirable:
- Proficiency in building enduring relationships with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with the Swiss business landscape and an existing network of decision-makers.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, or natural sciences.
- Willingness to travel (averaging no more than 40%, primarily within Switzerland, with some travel across Europe, mainly Germany and France).
