Liaising between internal procurement team and supplier team for all matters relating to delivered goods and parts
Creating and sending required notifications and communications for internal and external customers at a set frequency (daily, weekly or monthly)
Checking and processing complaints as required for delivered goods and parts
Generating goods receipt confirmations in SAP for parts received from suppliers and confirming compliance with internal quality standards
Preparation and coordination of cycle numbers according to internal guidelines in co-operation with internal functions
Control of issued inventory to production or sub-levelsRequirements
Completed industrial or commercial training, e.g. warehouse logistics specialist
Relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks
Confident user knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel and good expertise in SAP
Good knowledge of English
Valid driving licence
Ability to lift and carry boxes and weights up to at least 10 kg
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
Present work permit for the EUServices
