Das ist deine Rolle:

  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, um unser ERP strategisch weiterzuentwickeln und es zur zentralen internen Datenplattform auszubauen, indem du alle relevanten Stakeholder bei Plantura einbeziehst.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Identifizierung von Anwendungsfällen, die Lösung funktionaler Probleme und die Entwicklung intelligenter Funktionen auf Basis von Erkenntnissen. Zudem bist du speziell für einzelne Module unseres ERP Systems verantwortlich.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg:innen planst und setzt du eine priorisierte Entwicklungs-Roadmap um, leitest Projekte von Anfang bis Ende und arbeitest sowohl mit internen als auch externen Stakeholdern.
  • Du stellst die Systemstabilität und Skalierbarkeit sicher und findest kontinuierlich clevere Lösungen zur Steigerung der Systemleistung.
  • Du förderst die Prozessautomatisierung und entwickelst effiziente Schnittstellen zwischen unserem ERP und verwandten Systemen im Backend und Frontend, wie unserer App oder Benutzerkonten, in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
Das bringst du mit
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im ERP-Produktmanagement in einem digitalen Umfeld mit direkter Produktverantwortung und tiefem Verständnis für systematische Produktentwicklung.
  • Du bist erfahren in der Definition, dem Management und dem erfolgreichen Abschluss von Software-Entwicklungssprints in schnelllebigen Umgebungen.
  • Du hast ein Händchen für Zahlen und Excel sowie technisches Verständnis, das dir ermöglicht, fundierte Entscheidungen schnell zu treffen.
  • Du besitzt starke Kommunikations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten.
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in Python oder SQL sowie im Umgang mit Open-Source-ERPs wie Odoo sind ein großes Plus.
  • Du beherrschst Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf mindestens C1-Niveau. Deutschkenntnisse sind nicht obligatorisch, aber von Vorteil.
