Customer Care Representative - Customer Excellence (m/w/d)
#Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
- Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Produktlieferung an unsere Kunden und KollegInnen im Außendienst
- Verantwortung für die Bestell- und Auftragsbearbeitung und Kundenkorrespondenz
- Bestands- und Konsignationslagermanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Field Inventory Management
- Terminverfolgung und Rechnungsprüfung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Pricing & Tender und der Buchhaltung
- Bearbeitung von Retouren und Ausstellung von Gutschriften
- Verkaufsunterstützende Betreuung unser KollegInnen im Außendienst und Telesalesbereich
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Quality-Abteilung oder dem Marketing, z.B. bei Produktlaunches
#Ihr Kompetenzprofil:
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Bereich des Customer Service/ Kundenservice bzw. Verkaufsinnendienst
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und SAP/R3, Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Salesforce vorteilhaft
- Organisations- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitiger Teamfähigkeit
