An exciting opportunity to work within the Global COO & Sustainability department at Mölnlycke. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for translating COO strategic capability requirements into a learning offer in a standardised way, aligned with organisational and business needs. You will create an end-to-end Learning and Development framework, with a clear prioritisation and delivery action plan, which will cater for easy accessibility for both internal and external customers. The framework will be provided in a pedagogical, scalable, and long-term perspective.

 

Location: Remote based in Europe 

 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with COO business leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and performance gaps and to translate them into learning offers, with a clear prioritisation, ensuring contents and methodology remain relevant and impactful.
  • Develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with COO organisational goals and business need, in accordance with Global Learning & Development requirements.
  • Support yearly capability assessments with functional Leadership Teams to identify learning requirements and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Closely co-operate with the Global People Learning & Development organisation to stay abreast of learning technologies & trends and integrate innovative tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning initiatives with pedagogical expertise.
  • Analyse data, feedback, and performance metrics to tailor learning solutions to meet specific functional needs for Sustainability, Operational Excellence, Logistics and Customer Care.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through key performance indicators, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogics, or another related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs (10+ years), preferably in multinational companies.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technology trends.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other training technologies to facilitate program delivery and tracking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including People, Subject Matter Experts, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to lead and inspire as well as influence and guide participants in training programs.
  • Flexibility to adapt training programs to evolving organisational needs, industry changes, and emerging trends in learning and development.
  • Creativity and innovation to design engaging and effective training methods that go beyond traditional approaches.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously and ensure seamless execution.
