Dein Impact:

Als (Senior) Manager Risk Management (m/w/d) gibst du durch Prüfung und prüfungsnahe Beratung von Risikomanagementsystemen Sicherheit in die Corporate Governance unserer Mandanten – und trägst so nachhaltig zum Geschäftserfolg bei.

  • Hands-on-Einstieg: Unternehmen unterstützt du durch Prüfung und prüfungsnahe Beratung von Risikomanagementsystemen sowie weiteren Corporate Governance Systemen.
  • Management: Frühzeitig übernimmst du Projektverantwortung, präsentierst unseren Mandanten deine Arbeitsergebnisse und vermarktest proaktiv Risk Assurance Services unter Nutzung eines vorhandenen Netzwerkes.
  • Teamwork: Unseren Risk Assurance Expertenteams hilfst du bei Mandanten unterschiedlichster Branchen und Geschäftsmodelle im In- und Ausland.
  • Business Development: Beim Einsatz und der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Risk Assurance Services, beim Marketing, fachlichen Publikationen, Studien und Mandantenworkshops wirkst du mit.
  • Teamwork: Funktionsübergreifend arbeitest du gemäß unseres One Deloitte Spirit im internationalen Deloitte Netzwerk sowie mit anderen Deloitte Service Lines zusammen und übernimmst die Counselor Rolle für Professionals und Seniors.

Dein Skillset:

  • Abschluss (vorzugsweise Master) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrungen mit Bezug zu Risikomanagementsystemen, Corporate Governance Systemen oder Controlling
  • Optional: Interesse an quantitativen Methoden im Kontext von Advanced Analytics
  • Umfassende MS Office-Kenntnisse, Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Freude an der direkten Kommunikation sowie Spaß an neuen Herausforderungen
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
