Für unseren Bereich Tax Services â Team Tax Declarations and Investor Reporting â Investment Administration Insourcing Services bei der State Street Bank International GmbH in Frankfurt suchen wir ab sofort einen Teamleiter / Head of Tax Declarations and Investor Reporting InvStG â Assistent Vice President

Wofür Sie verantwortlich sein werden

Die Leitung des Teams Tax Declarations und Investor Reporting InvStG umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Führung, Leitung und Weiterentwicklung von 8 Mitarbeitern

  • Koordination und Verantwortung für die Erstellung von steuerliche Dokumentationen (Feststellungserklärung, Ãberleitungsrechnung, steuerliche Hinweise, Einzelsteuerbescheinigung, etc.) für den Versand an das Finanzamt sowie an die Anleger

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Fristen und steuerfachlicher Vorgaben durch Gesetzgeber oder BMF

  • Unterstützung von Projekten im Bereich des InvStG, im Speziellen im Bereich institutioneller deutscher Spezialfonds

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für externe Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaften

  • Ansprechpartner für Anfragen des Finanzamts, der steuerlichen Betriebsprüfung, unserer Kunden sowie interner Schnittstellen

  • Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten im Rahmen von Korrekturen oder zukunftsgerichteten Automatisierungen und Digitalisierungen

  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Mitarbeitern im steuerlichen Umfeld vorteilhaft

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare (Bank)Ausbildung mit fachbezogener Berufserfahrung

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaften oder einer Steuerberatungs- oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft im steuerlichen Bereich Financial Services für Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaften und Banken

  • Erfahrung in der Fondsbuchhaltung bzw. mit dem System SimcorpDimension und /oder vergleichbaren Fondsbuchhaltungssystemen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Investmentsteuergesetz und Erfahrung im Investmentsteuerreformgesetz

  • Ausgeprägte Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; allgemeine IT-Affinität

  • FlieÃende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
