MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS:

As a Changer and User Adoption Consultant (Manager) at Kainos, you will lead a team in designing and delivering change management and user adoption services for our global customer base, across various sectors and industries. in their Workday implementations. You will be an expert in change management with a proven track record in helping clients find solutions to âmaking change happenâ.

You will manage relationships with our customers, and shape and deliver change management and user adoption solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable. Youâll provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers, truly understanding their business.

Youâll be an expert in your change management, using your technical and professional expertise to mentor and guide your team members in that capability, providing thought leadership and innovation building and improving specialist knowledge in your capability or capabilities at Kainos as well as the broader Workday community.

You will be responsible for:
⢠Leading the end to end delivery of change management projects within a Workday environment by supporting clients in the following areas:
o Change & user adoption - defining the vision, understanding and capturing the impacts, assessing the readiness and providing the support and training needed to help people work differently
o Process re-design - understanding peopleâs needs, visualising how they engage with Workday, identifying moments that matter and ensuring changes being driven by Workday are being captured and documented appropriately
o Insights & analysis - measuring the effectiveness of Workday and providing insight to deliver the intended change both pre, during and post go-live
⢠Proactively driving thought leadership by generating white papers and best practice documentation that progresses market leading thoughts
⢠Leading business generation and contribute significantly to the future growth of the Workday Business Unit
⢠Contributing to the development of commercial propositions, processes and documentation such as SOWs, RFQs, RFPs and ITTs
⢠Being an internal change advocate, promoting our offering and services and developing the capability within the organisation

MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
⢠Significant consultancy experience with a Cultural Change, Organisational Development and Engagement specialism
⢠Significant experience of ERP implementations (SAP, Workday, Oracle) planning and supporting the re-design and delivery of Corporate Services Functions (e.g. HR, Finance, Payroll, etc.) on behalf of an external customer

⢠Proficiency in both: German and English language
⢠Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations. You will be able to intervene effectively and resolve customer escalations appropriately
⢠Excellent communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility. Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences and at conferences
⢠Strong commercial awareness and complete understanding of project and business dynamics
⢠Broad business and technology experience and a good awareness of industry trends and their potential impact on product
⢠Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of customer demands and Kainos commercials
⢠Ability to widen and maintain a network of external contacts
⢠Excellent consulting skills e.g. leading largescale workshops with multiple stakeholders, liaising confidently and effectively with senior executives

DESIRABLE:
⢠Working knowledge of HCM, Financials or Payroll applications
⢠Workday certification in HCM, Financials or Payroll
⢠Evidence of thought leadership in the public domain
⢠Holds a current and recognised Project or Programme Management certification
