Als Project Lead Pontis/ Sales Manager (m/w/d) sind deine hauptsächliche Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau der Marktpräsenz in einem neu zu erschließenden Vertriebsgebiet durch Gewinnung neuer Kunden, Vertriebs- und Marktpartner sowie Netzwerkpflege

  • Mitgestaltung der Vertriebsstrategie, Markteintrittsszenarien und effektive Verkaufsprozesse

  • Disziplinarische Führung und Anleitung der direkt zugeordneten Business Development Manager

  • Aufbau eines Netzwerkes in Organisationen, Verbänden, Vertriebspartnern und Herstellern von Maschinen/Anlagen mit Bezug zu technischen Gasen – Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

  • Fachliche & inhaltliche Koordination aller Vertriebsaktivitäten im Fokusgebiet

  • Analyse relevanter Potentialkunden-, markt- und wettbewerbsbezogenen Informationen und Ableiten von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der gesetzten Ziele und Strategien

  • Erreichen der geplanten bzw. budgetierten Wachstums- und Ergebnisziele

  • Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern und Bereichen z.B. SCM & Marketing

  • Neue Wege zur effektiven Leadgenerierung entwickeln

  • Mitwirkung bei Einstellung neuer BDM sowie auch Durchführung des Trennungsprozesses von BDM in Zusammenarbeit mit HR

    Erwartetes Profil:

  • Kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium und drei- bis fünfjährige Berufserfahrung / Alternativ: Kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung, Weiterbildung zum Fachkaufmann (-frau) Vertrieb oder ähnliche Weiterbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld

  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Projektverantwortung

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Erschließung neuer Gebiete, Aufbau eines Kundenstamms

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Vermarktung von technischen Gasen

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Außendienst inkl. Bestandskundenmanagement und Neukundengewinnung

  • Kenntnisse des Marktes im Kundengebiet (Raum Lampertheim)

  • Wunsch nach persönlicher Weiterentwicklung und Personalverantwortung

  • Zielstrebige und gewinnenden Persönlichkeit mit dem Willen zum Erfolg

  • Spaß an der Arbeit in einem agilen und dynamischen Team

  • Versiert im Umgang mit digitaler Technik sowie technisches Verständnis

  • Kundenorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Kommunikationsstärke sowie kompetentes Auftreten

  • Führerschein Klasse B
