Responsibilities

Gathers information for problem analysis of system issues

Conducts system application training for end users

Provides routine end user support, escalates non-routine issues to appropriate resource

Creates user training documentation and reference materials

Conducts business process analysis and needs assessments for small to medium size projects

Develops process flow diagrams

Develops applications training materials and presentations

Prepares specifications for programming or development projects

Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities as it relates to IS business systems

Perform a broad scope of SAP support to users in sales and distribution;

Configure completely SAP system in SD area & EDI to ensure business processes are running as expected;

Coordinate support with external consulting partner in area of expertise;

Ensure business process reliability and efficiency;

Pro-actively suggest business process enhancements; Lead work stream during SAP implementation projects;

Travel approximately 20 PERCENT in Europe or USA

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Effective analytical and problem solving skills

Requires knowledge of the appropriate business system and the functional practices it supports.

Two to five years of professional experience
