Join us as Digital Marketing Manager DACH - Amazon (d/f/m) and become part of Haleon’s Digital Marketing and work with market leading brands such as Voltaren, Sensodyne, ProSchmelz, Dr. BEST, Centrum and Vitasprint. We are a team on a mission to drive best in class digital marketing campaigns and digital transformation across all parts of the business.

Tasks:

  • Planning and management of Performance-Marketing-Campaigns on Amazon and emerging retail media platforms (i.e. epharmacy, omni-channel retailers)
  • Definition of Performance Marketing strategy, objectives and actions with agency partners, commercial and brand teams
  • Advise brand and commercial teams on planning and management of performance budgets
  • KPI-based decision making to optimize campaign performance and structure
  • (Agile) Project Management of campaigns via Jira, standardisation and optimisation of workflows
  • Partner with Amazon and other e-retailers to develop, maintain and implement platform specific best practice
  • Closely work with analytics manager, media and creative agencies, and brand managers to align content, campaign setup and measurement
  • Lead Performance Media Test & Learn agenda and execution of experiments to inform best practice and future campaigns
  • Upskill organization via best practice, hands-on joint planning, execution, post campaign analysis and presentations
  • Close collaboration with Digital Shelf and Key Account Managers

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree
  • Pro-active self-starter with a growth mindset who is able to structure and simplify complexity and welcomes opportunities to build, grow and learn in a dynamic environment
  • 5+ years successful track record in Digital Marketing with end-to-end responsibility for Performance Marketing Campaigns on Amazon and ideally other e-retailers
  • Team-Player that enjoys working and leading cross-functional project teams, leveraging agile methodologies and building digital marketing capabilities across the enterprise. Experience in large organisations is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
