Ihre Rolle

  • Diese Rolle verantwortet die Optimierung der globalen HR-Prozesse bei ZEISS mit dem Ziel, die HR-Services kundenfreundlich, hochwertig, schnell und kostengünstig im Sinne eines positiven HR-Service-Erlebnisses bereit zu stellen.
  • Erarbeitung von globalen Guidelines, Standards und Governance-Strategien für die HR-Services in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen (u.a. HR-intern, IT, Datenschutz).
  • Durchführung von Prozess- / Service-Analysen anhand von relevanten Kennzahlen und KPIs, um das HR-Service-Erlebnis regelmäßig hinsichtlich Kundenfreundlichkeit z.B. über den Service-Katalog und die Eingangskanäle zu überprüfen und zu optimieren.
  • Datenbasierte Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen und Beratung der operativen HR-Teams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Vorantreiben, Koordination und erfolgreiche Umsetzung der identifizierten Maßnahmen.
  • Verantwortung für Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung der relevanten Informationen, Kommunikation und Umsetzung von Schulungen zur Wissensvermittlung an die operativen HR-Teams.
  • HR-Trends und innovative Zukunftstechnologien verfolgen und Business Cases inklusive Entscheidungsempfehlungen für deren Implementierung im HR-Bereich entwickeln.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zum Thema Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung, Wirtschaft, Personal oder verwandten Bereichen
  • 4+ Jahre Erfahrung in operativer (HR) Excellence, Prozessoptimierung oder Innovationspositionen
  • Erfahrung mit der Optimierung der Arbeit an der Schnittstelle zum Kunden, z.B. im Kunden Center, (HR) Shared Services o.ä.
  • Praktische Vorerfahrung mit Methoden zur Prozessoptimierung (Lean Six Sigma)
  • Erfahrung mit HR-Informationssystemen, idealerweise mit Workday
  • Starke analytische Kompetenz und Affinität für Reporting & Analytics
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Kundenverständnis und Beratungskompetenz über Hierarchien hinweg
  • fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
