bist du die maßgebliche Ansprechperson, für unsere Kund*innen in Bezug auf unseren eigens entwickelten und auf die Bedürfnisse von Non-Profits zugeschnittenen CMS. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Erfolg unserer Projekte und begleitest sie durch alle Phasen, von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung und darüber hinaus. Du bist für die Beratung unserer Kund*innen verantwortlich und entwickelst unser Produkt mithilfe von Kundenfeedback stetig weiter. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Entwicklungs- und Kreativteam zusammen und bringst deine Expertise ein, um Pläne in Realität und Projekte in Erfolge zu verwandeln. Als zentraler Bestandteil unseres Teams wirst du die Zukunft unseres Website-Produkts aktiv mitgestalten und dazu beitragen, dass unsere Kunden ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen können.
