Management and development of the sales team - selection, induction and motivation of employees
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and strengthen market presence
Continuous monitoring of team performance and ensuring target achievement through performance analyses and coaching
Building and maintaining customer relationships and resolving customer concerns and enquiries
Identifying optimisation potential in sales processes and efficient budget management
Creating reports on sales activities and analysing sales data to identify trends and development potential
Promoting open communication and resolving conflicts within the team
Continuously monitoring the market and adapting the sales strategy to current market developmentsRequirements
Experience in sales and leading a team
Motivation to delegate responsibility to employees in addition to team leadership
Excellent communication skills and always an open and empathetic ear
Enjoy challenges and lifelong learning
Flexibility, a sense of responsibility and determination
