  • Dein Studium hast du in der Lebensmittelchemie oder in einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet mit dem Schwerpunkt Analytik (Staatsexamen, Master, Diplom oder PhD) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement und bringst idealerweise eine bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mit
  • Du schaffst es, auch in schwierigen Situationen Themen adäquat zu kommunizieren und deine Gesprächspartner zu überzeugen
  • Durch deine offene und kommunikative Art gelingt es dir schnell, ein fachliches und ein abteilungsübergreifendes Netzwerk aufzubauen
  • Deine Kollegen (m/w/d) schätzen deine zuverlässige, kommunikationsstarke und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du behältst in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und zeigst eine hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Organisationsvermögen sowie sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Neben sehr guten Englischkenntnissen bewegst du dich sicher in den gängigen IT-Anwendungen Deine Aufgaben:
    • Als Mitglied des Teams Laboratory Management in der Abteilung Analytical Science bist du, unter Berücksichtigung Döhler-interner und allgemeingültiger Vorgaben, verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung des laborinternen Qualitätsmanagementsystems
    • Du steuerst die Qualitätsprüfung zusammen mit anderen internen Fachabteilungen
    • Du begleitest Validierungen, Ringversuchsteilnahmen, interne Audits und weitere laborinterne Prozesse entsprechend den Anforderungen des Qualitätsmanagements
    • Du koordinierst die Anfertigung und Überprüfung von laborinternen Dokumenten und verwaltest diese entsprechend ihren Anforderungen
    • Du pflegst notwendige Dokumente in SAP und in dem Döhler-weiten Dokumentenmanagementsystem
    • Du unterstützt die Abteilung bei der kontinuierlichen Standardisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen in Hinblick auf Digitalisierung, Kosten, Output und Effizienz
    • Du koordinierst Proben sowie Anfragen an externe Labore und aktualisierst regelmäßig die Kontaktdaten in unserem externen Netzwerk
    • Du registrierst und trackst die zur Analyse eingereichten Proben via LIMS und unterstützt bei der Auswertung der KPIs
    • Du bist für die Verwaltung und Bestellung von Laborbedarf und Chemikalien sowie für deren Überwachung hinsichtlich Qualität und Verfallsdatum verantwortlich
