- Du arbeitest mit Leidenschaft in der Akquise von Wohnungswirtschaft und Industrie zu kundenindividuellen Versorgungslösungen.
- Du erarbeitest Dir Dein Vertriebsnetzwerk mit Marktpartnern, hast Deine Stärken ebenso in der Beziehungspflege zu Kunden und Marktpartnern und trägst Vertriebsverantwortung für unsere Region Mitteldeutschland.
- Du unterstützt die Entwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie für Contracting-Produkte und deren Maßnahmenplanung, bist aber ebenso involviert in die Marktbeobachtung und Analyse.
- Du planst, organisierst, koordinierst und führst Marketingmaßnahmen sowie Workshops durch.
- Du repräsentierst die envia THERM auf Fach- und Kundenveranstaltungen sowie Messen und vertrittst die envia THERM in Interessenverbänden.
- Du erarbeitest Angebote und Verträge und unterstützt bei der strategischen Ausrichtung des Produktportfolios.
- Du stimmst Dich mit den Vertrieben der enviaM-Gruppe zu Cross-Selling-Maßnahmen ab um Synergieeffekte nutzen zu können.

Ein Profil, das uns begeistert

- Du verfügst über einen erfolgreichen Studienabschluss der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens und hast bereits eine ähnliche Rolle erfolgreich begleitet.
- Du kommst aus dem Markt der Energiewirtschaft, kennst Dich mit Versorgungslösungen und der Wettbewerbssituation aus und siehst Deine Leidenschaft im Vertrieb mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung.
- Du hast Deine Stärke in der Organisation von Marketingmaßnahmen und präsentierst Dich sicher mit Deiner Persönlichkeit auf Messen, Kundenveranstaltungen oder Fachtagungen.
- Im Erstellen von Kundenangeboten gehst Du analytisch vor und in der Vertragserstellung und Verhandlung fühlst Du Dich sicher, zeigst aber ebenso Kreativität bei der Erstellung von Problemlösungen für Kunden.
