Job Title: Flat Roofing Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Flat Roofing Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Georgia-Pacific Gypsum. As a key member of our International Sales Team, you will be responsible for growing our share of the glassmat faced gypsum panels market for flat roofing systems in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow our share of the flat roofing market.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain profitable business relationships with key influencers, including system manufacturers, architects/engineers, roofing contractors, and main contractors.
  • Collaborate with various capabilities in a matrixed organization to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide technical support to waterproofing manufacturers, roofing contractors, and the design community.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking and excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Principled entrepreneur and problem solver with strong analytical and economic thinking skills.
  • Proactive approach to market and strong collaboration and leadership skills with internal teams and capabilities.
  • Self-disciplined and highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in commercial roofing sales and well-connected within the construction value chain.
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills, including Excel, and proficient technical understanding of commercial flat roofing systems.
