Für unsere wachsende valantic-Familie suchen wir ab sofort einen Product Owner (all genders) für SAP SuccessFactors. Wenn du Leidenschaft für innovative Technologien hast und eine herausfordernde Aufgabe suchst, bei der du deine Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse einbringen kannst, dann freuen wir uns darauf, von dir zu hören

  • Du verantwortest funktional die Lösung SAP SuccessFactors, koordinierst deren Einführung als zentrale HR-Plattform und harmonisierst Prozesse und Datenstrukturen mit verschiedenen Geschäftseinheiten
  • Als Product Owner für SuccessFactors definierst und verwaltest du das Produkt-Backlog, synchronisierst dich mit relevanten Stakeholdern und arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwicklungsteams zusammen
  • Darüber hinaus implementierst du Sonderthemen wie Systemanpassungen, Releasewechsel und Upgrades und nimmst aktiv Einfluss auf Änderungen des Rollenkonzepts
  • Als Bindeglied zwischen dem Programm SuccessFactors und den Key-Usern im operativen Bereich sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe
  • Projektplanung, -strukturierung, -controlling, Risikomanagement und die verbindliche Kommunikation aller Beteiligten liegen in deiner Hand
  • Zudem sorgst du für die Einhaltung von Standards und Vorgaben im Projekt und hältst dein Wissen zu gesetzlichen Änderungen stets aktuell
  • Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors, Projektmanagement und der agilen Einführung von HR-IT Systemen
  • Expertise in Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten, speziell bei der Einführung standardisierter Prozesse wie z.B. bei SAP SuccessFactors
  • Du bist es gewohnt, nationale und internationale Projektteams souverän zu leiten
  • Du weist eine hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Stärken in der Kommunikation auf und gehst proaktiv in die Interaktion
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, und kannst in Abstimmungen mit Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern im In- und Ausland sicher kommunizieren
