DevOps Product Owner Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Product Owner to join our team at K-Recruiting Life Sciences. As a DevOps Product Owner, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing a project team of a Scrum Master and several DevOps engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the DevOps Project Team: Lead the project team to ensure the successful implementation of DevOps practices and processes.
- Support Implementation Strategy: Collaborate with developers, operations, service, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps product/tools/processes portfolio.
- Screen the Market: Continuously share experiences, best practices, and trends in DevOps with the team and establish resilient and future-oriented central solutions for all products within the program.
- Monitor Performance and Progress: Drive continuous improvement, report on progress using existing metrics dashboards, and ensure increasing productivity and efficiency of production and development.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years in software development or IT roles with a strong focus on DevOps practices.
- Product Owner Experience: A minimum of 2 years of product owner experience, with strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with various teams.
- Track Record in Leading a Project to Success: Ability to make critical decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage complex situations in a large organization effectively.
- DevOps and Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring and logging, Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Grafana/Prometheus, Kubernetes, Argo CD, VNET, Azure Cost Optimization.
- Language: English business fluent, German nice to have.

- Capacity: 5 days per week
- Location: Remote, preferably initial kick-off onsite
